They do direct billing but I've often had various things go... read more over and I don't find out about it until after (sometimes much later) and my health plan is good enough that this is the only health service I do find myself paying out of pocket for.

I arrived for my 4pm appointment at 3:51. By the time I was actually in the dentist chair it was almost 4:20. This made my hygienist appointment behind and she... read more was unable to do my cleaning in that session I had to rebook so the hygienist has enough time to do my cleaning. When I was leaving I was told by the receptionist that I had to pay $250 for the periodontal exam (I was told on previous visit that the periodontal work was covered 100% by my insurance). I had the same exam done on my last visit with the dentist and hygienist which I paid for out of pocket. Why I would pay twice for the same assessment? I was not very pleased with this information. Hopefully I do not have to pay for the exam AGAIN. The staff are friendly and the service is generally good but I do find that time keeping is not the best.

New customer.. Got me in fast on a Sunday. They took the time to explain all my opinion... nice and helpful. Also got a significant discount from the original quote.

The staff and Doctors are all extremely nice and professional. I have never had a problem and they are super gentle when doing any major work. Would recommend 100%
